Work – Life Balance Workshop

 

The work-life balance concept highlights the importance that employees and employers should focus on balancing work-life, family-life and social-life.   Work-life balance is a daily effort to make time for family, friends, community participation, spirituality, personal growth, self-care, and other personal activities, in addition to the demands of the workplace.  The following aspects will be covered in the work life balance workshop: self-management, time management, stress management, change management, technological management, and leisure management.
