Medical Examinations

 

Medical Surveillance is periodic health examinations and specific tests that are performed on employees. The medical Examinations is a control mechanism that protects a workers health and to prevent deviations from health due to workplace health hazards. Furthermore, the medical examinations are performed to ascertain the ability of each employee to perform at the workplace and meet obligations in their lives.

The medical examination will consist of:

  • Completion of a medical and occupational health questionnaire

  • Physical examination screening

  • Blood Pressure

  • Providing the BMI

  • Urine Strip test

  • Snellen Vision screening

The employees will receive feedback on their results and management will receive a detailed report with corrective measures, if deemed necessary.
