Stress management refers to the wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's levels of stress. The Purpose of the stress management workshop is to improve the everyday functioning of an individual. The aim of this workshop is to facilitate stress education, ultimately contributing towards physical, psychological, social and emotional well-being of the employees. The Extreme Stress management workshop will assist employees to identify different stressors in their lives, signs and symptoms of stress, the physical reaction to stress and how to manage stress, just to name a few.
