Promoting maternal and child welfare in the workplace

 

Working mothers are faced with problems such as breastfeeding, childhood diseases, and problems with day care or aftercare.  If these aspects are addressed by preventative and health support programs, high employee morale, work retention and good quality work are possible.  Aspects that will be included in our workshop are: nutrition, exercise and recreation; caring for infants, dealing with childhood diseases and how to choose childcare facilities.
